What to expect for your order

If your inquiry is accepted, I will PM you and send an invoice to the email provided. I expect payment within 48 hours.

I will send a rough draft of your commission for approval before moving forward with finalization. At this stage, don't be shy about voicing any changes you would like me to make!

Once I get approval to finalize, only minor changes can be made from that point forward.

You may ask for a progress update anytime, within reason.

My rights

Payment is to be sent upfront, via invoice only.

I offer conditional refunds. See my refund policy.

You receive only the digital copy of the artwork. If you would like to print physical media of your commission yourself, see my usage rights.

I retain the right to refuse or cancel a commission.

I retain the right to post your commission or use it in my personal portfolios.

I prioritize quality and attention to detail over quick turnaround, and do not typically accept deadlines on commissions. I am open to making exceptions.

I may charge an additional complexity fee if I feel that your character will take a significant amount of extra time to illustrate. The fee can vary depending on character complexity and commission type.

If I cancel a commission, you will be refunded a full or partial refund based on completion progress.

Refund will be full if the illustration isn't started, 75% if sketched, 50% if lined, and 25% if flat coloured. You will receive the unfinished artwork.

I retain the right to change my prices as I see fit.

You will be blacklisted from future commissions if you attempt to file a chargeback. I am happy to help resolve any issues or misunderstandings. Contact me if you have any concerns.

You may respost your commission online if my watermark is present and clearly visible. You may use any part of your commission as an avatar. Credit is appreciated.

You may use your commission for private/offline use (phone/desktop background, to print on a sticker or poster, etc).

You may not profit off of your commission in any way.

You may not use your commission for advertising, a book cover, logo etc. without communicating your intentions with me prior to commissioning.

You may not use your commission for NFTs, or the advertising of NFTs.

You may rehome a character I have designed you as a gift or trade. When reselling a character design, do not resell with the intent of profiting off of the design.

You may redesign a character that I have designed for you as you see fit.

I retain the rights to use my artwork as I see fit.
